Based in Plano, Texas, Sting Software provides "Moment of Intent" security for the modern enterprise. We specialize in zero-telemetry, on-prem technology that governs Shadow IT, unauthorized procurement, and unsanctioned AI usage. This is done without compromising data privacy, allowing the customer full sovereignty over their data while giving complete visibility over organizational risk.
Using a proprietary algorithm, Sting will monitor and alert your employees before they engage in legally or financially binding events. It mitigates compliance concerns and brings visibility to organizational risk on the shadow IT frontlines. It can silently alert procurement and/or legal departments, as well as nudge or block employees to follow established processes at the relevant moment.
Sting is a product of Nield Consulting Group, which has been serving Fortune 500 and defense customers since 2019. It is not backed by venture capital. This allows the Sting team to prioritize serving its customers and promote stability, and not the revenue targets of external investors.

Inventor: Patented creator of a precision handheld flight control system, now in hardware partnership with Microsoft.
