Based in Plano, Texas, Sting Software provides "Moment of Intent" security for the modern enterprise. We specialize in zero-telemetry, on-prem technology that governs Shadow IT, unauthorized procurement, and unsanctioned AI usage. This is done without compromising data privacy, allowing the customer full sovereignty over their data while giving complete visibility over organizational risk.

Sting is a product of Nield Consulting Group, which has been serving Fortune 500 and defense customers since 2019.

Founder: Thomas Nield

Thomas started his career in supply chain management and operations research, but quickly became a technology architect and author dedicated to AI system safety and high-stakes algorithmic design.
